  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days for most locations in India.

  • Pickup and Delivery Location: Products will be dispatched from our Klikk Office located at AltF Building, Noida Sector 142.

  • Shipping Charges: Free delivery is available for orders above ₹999. A nominal fee may apply for smaller orders.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

Undelivered Items: If a product is returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Gift Items & Promotions

  • Gift Items: Complimentary gift items included with orders are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Return of Gifts: If you return a product that came with a gift item, the gift must also be returned in its original condition.

  • No Warranty on Gifts: Gift items are provided as is and do not come with warranty coverage.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period: All Klikk products come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, water damage (beyond IPX rating limits), or misuse are not covered.

  • Claim Process:

    • Email our support team at support@klikkaudio.in with your purchase invoice and issue details.

    • If eligible, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

  • Exclusions: Accessories like cables and manuals are not covered under warranty.

Coupons & Discounts

  • Usage Terms:

    • Coupons must be applied during checkout. They cannot be applied after order confirmation.

    • Each coupon is valid for a single transaction unless stated otherwise.

  • Expiration: Coupons and promotional codes have a limited validity period, mentioned at the time of issuance.

  • Exclusions: Coupons may not be applicable on products already on sale or discounted unless specified.

Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
